2021 Napa Valley Merlot

2021 could very likely be the “vintage of the decade” and now that we all of our wines from this marvelous vintage out and about we could not be happier. Mother Nature gave us a beautiful growing and harvest season that has translated to some of the best wine we have ever made. Our 2021 Merlot is very akin to what we saw in our 2013 and 2015 vintages; amazing complexity, bold fruit characteristics and a refreshing quality that keeps you coming back for more.

2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Since we added Cabernet Sauvignon to our lineup in 2017 we have been searching for a way to make our these releases stand out from the crowd. While our Saint Veeder Cabernet continues to make a splash we also wanted a more “every day” style of Cabernet in our ranks. Enter our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon! Largely inspired by our red blends we wanted a wine that had a bit more structure and intensity while ensure it was still approachable and easy drinking.

The 2021 vintage could potentially be a “vintage of the decade.” The wines thus far have been phenomenal and are going age beautifully as the years go on. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a new benchmark for MTGA. Its density and complexity provide that amazing “yum” factor. While it is a young Napa Cabernet it is incredibly approachable out of the gate.

2023 Clarksburg Pinot Gris

Super crisp, refreshing and sure to cure what ails you. Hailing from Clarksburg, along the Sacramento river this vineyard sits just over the levee in rich sedimentary soils that provide outstandingly bright white wines. 2023 is going to be a year to remember when it comes to California wines and this is starting that trend off with a bang.
