Our 2016 Merlot release is going to be one to remember! Ever so reminiscent of our 2012 vintage this big, silky Merlot is going to be a new benchmark for us. Incredibly well balanced with some amazing complexity we are pure excited to share this wine with you. With darker fruit characteristics that are backed up with toast oak and spices from its 22 months in French oak there is a little something for everyone in this wine.

Now ten years down the line this release has aged beautifully and is just starting to make way for more subtle tertiary characteristics. On the nose you have darker, dried fruits, savory blackberry with just a touch of vanilla and nutmeg. The palate presents classic Merlot "plushness" that wraps around the refreshing acidity and velvety tannin. Long story short, it is a classic Napa Valley Merlot that is nothing shorty of "yummy."
