2017 has had its fair share of attention over the last few years. The looming question has been whether or not there are going to be any lingering issues due to the fires that occurred at the end of the growing season. We were fortunate enough to have all of our fruit already at the winery the Friday before the fires broke out which gave us a huge leg up in maintaining the quality you have come to know!

Our 2017 Merlot is no slouch. We have seen some big vintages previously, such as the 2012 and 2016 releases, but this new release definitely gives them a run for their money. We would argue that it is our sexiest Merlot to date with super intense dark fruit characteristics but soft savory notes round out this wine perfectly.
